Order & Refund Policies

Thank you for your interest in Grande Parlour Theatre. Feel free to view our order & refund policies for any questions you might have.

Payment

The full purchase price is due and payable at the time of order.  In addition to the purchase price payable for the products, you agree to pay all applicable goods and services tax, harmonized sales tax, sales taxes (including provincial sales taxes), or any other similar taxes payable on the purchase of the products.

Accepted methods of payment are Paypal and all major credit cards.


Delivery & Shipment

Currently only offering tickets via electronic delivery. Please ensure that your contact information is entered correctly, including your email, at time of purchase.

If a particular event is cancelled or rescheduled, The Seller will notify you prior to such date that:

(a)  At The Seller’s discretion, an equivalent substitute of equal value is available and can be substituted; or

(b)  The event ticket ordered is unavailable and a refund will be offered for the full purchase price

Acceptance by you of an equivalent or alternate event in accordance with subsections above will alter the Order Confirmation as appropriate. Failure to accept an offer for an equivalent or superior offering within 5 business days will terminate the order.


Returns or Exchanges

Return or exchange requests for any reason, including dissatisfaction or unsuitability are granted at the sole discretion of The Seller. If a return or exchange is to be accepted, the Seller will contact you to arrange for the return or exchange.

If processing charges as a result of a return or exchange are incurred by the seller, these costs will be incurred by the customer and/or deducted from the return or exchange value.

Due to unsuitability: We will always make our best effort to provide information relating to the age or audience suitability of an event.  We do not offer returns or exchanges should the buyer later deem an event or purchase unsuitable

Due to dissatisfaction: We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to dissatisfaction

Without appropriate notice: All exchange or refund requests will not be given if notice is received less than 48 hours before an event or show start time.

The Grande Parlour makes no warranties that the information presented on the website is current, up-to-date or accurate and shall assume no liability of any financial loss that may occur as result of website usage. The entire risk as to the quality, accuracy, completeness, correctness and / or validity of any data rests with customer.
